Pursuant to Resolution No. 21/2022/NQ-HDND dated September 12, 2022 of the People\'s Council of Hai Phong City on regulations on collection rates, regimes, management and use of infrastructure fees at the gate area Hai Phong port. From January 1, 2023, the port infrastructure fee for goods entering and leaving the wharf area using inland waterway vehicles will be reduced by 50%.
This policy will significantly reduce barge operating costs and promote customers to use barge services, especially on Corridor No. 1 connecting Hai Phong Port Cluster and ICD Tan Cang - Que Vo.
